Shipping & Delivery

Standard delivery within Israel is up to 7 business days from the date the order is approved

Business days are Sunday through Thursday and exclude public holidays, holiday eves, and official non-working days

The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by shipping providers or circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including strikes, technical failures, security incidents, natural disasters, or force majeure events

For security and verification purposes, the Company may request a valid form of identification and/or an order confirmation number prior to delivery

Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Customers are encouraged to carefully review the size guide available on the website before placing an order

This Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellation Policy is subject to the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law and applicable regulations

Order Cancellation Before Shipment

Orders may be cancelled within one hour of being placed, provided the order has not yet been shipped

If an order is cancelled before shipment, a refund will be issued in accordance with applicable law and credited to the original payment method used for the purchase

Returns & Exchanges After Delivery

Customers may cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the item remains unused and in its original condition

In cases where the cancellation is not due to a defect or non-conformity, a cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or ₪100, whichever is lower, may be deducted in accordance with applicable law

Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery

Swimwear may be returned or exchanged only if:

• The item has not been worn or used
• The hygiene sticker remains attached
• All original tags remain attached
• The product is returned in new and undamaged condition

Refunds or exchanges will be granted only after the returned item has been inspected and approved by the Company

The Company shall have sole and absolute discretion in determining whether a returned item meets the conditions set forth in this policy

Items returned with signs of wear, perfume, body lotion, makeup stains, dirt, damage, removed tags, or removed hygiene stickers will not be eligible for a refund or exchange

The Company's determination regarding the condition of a returned item shall be final and binding

Products purchased during promotions, special offers, or end-of-season sales may be returned or exchanged within 48 hours of receipt only, subject to applicable law

During promotional periods, all shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges shall be borne by the customer

The cost of returning an item using the Company's courier service is ₪25

Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable

Any return or exchange request requires proof of purchase or an order number
